Your plan is well-sequenced, well-organized and your evaluation methods are concrete. The only area that have concerns about are the tight time-lines. Plans can be changed, but the narrow time slots don't leave much room to wiggle.
ReplyDeleteI have to agree with Michael. I would get your baseline this school year, but you may want to at least roll your dates over through next December or January. This will allow you ample time to set a baseline, gather data, adjust, and share with staff.
ReplyDeleteI would set your baseline this year and discuss your research plan with teachers. This would help with their buy in. You may want to start the actual inquiry next fall to allow teachers time to plan and implement. Make sure that you choose students who will remain on your campus next school year and not be promoted to another campus. Overall, well thought out and planned, just might want to expand your timelines.
